How to return an item
Are you dissatisfied or experienced issues with the items you've received?
If you need to return an item purchased from our store, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward. Just follow these steps:
Locate Your Order Number
Go to the Order Details page on our website to find your order number, or check your email inbox for the order confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of purchase. The order number will be included in this email.
Navigate to the Contact Us page and fill out our Contact Form section
To request a return request please provide the following information:
-Your name
-Your email address that was used for the order
-Describe Your Issue:
In the message box, include the following details:
- Order number (This helps us locate your purchase).
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return (e.g., defective, wrong item, changed mind).
Any additional information that may help us process your request efficiently.
Eligible returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Items that are not in their original condition, is damaged, or are missing parts through no fault of ours
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We do not cover return shipping costs in the following cases:
- If the item received matches the description and photos provided in the listing.
- If the item received is undamaged upon arrival.
- If the item received is not defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Double-check your bank account to ensure the refund hasn’t been posted.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially appear.
- Reach out to your bank, as processing times can delay the posting of refunds.
If you’ve completed all these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please don’t hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us for further assistance.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
