Tracking your package

Need help tracking your package, staying updated on its progress, or locating its current status? Here's a quick guide to help.

Check Your Shipping Confirmation Email

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

Use the Tracking Link

Click the tracking link provided in your email to see real-time updates on your shipment's status.

Alternatively, copy the tracking number and paste it into the carrier’s website (USPS or FedEx)

Allow Time for Tracking Updates

It may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update once your order has shipped. If you don’t see updates immediately, don’t worry—it’s on its way!

Missing package or late delivery?

Missing packages or late deliveries can be inconvenient, but resolving them is easier when you know the steps to take.

Before we begin, review the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email for the latest updates.

Note: Sometimes packages may be marked as delivered a day or two early, so keep an eye out for further updates.

Look Around Your Delivery Area

Check your front door, mailbox, side entrances, or any secure locations where the package might have been left.

Ask neighbors, building managers, or household members in case they accepted the delivery for you.

Contact the Shipping Carrier

Use your tracking number to reach out to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) for more detailed delivery information.

Please note that we do not have control over the estimated delivery times or the carrier’s processing times. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes.
